Adults -vs- Teenagers

So back when I worked with high school kids, I thought that they were sometimes silly and unreasonable. Now that I have seen supposed "self-governing" adults in action in my homeowners association, I realize that the teenagers were a piece of cake, and much more "grown-up" than most of the adults that live around me. Sorry, just had to get that off my chest.
